In order to provide you with car rental services, we need to send your personal data (name, surname, date of birth, telephone number, email address, country of residence) and information related to the reservation to the rental supplier so that it can provide the rental services you've requested.
We will use your email to send you a confirmation of your booking in the form of a voucher.
We will use your telephone number and email to clarify any issues related to your reservation, and to contact you in the manner you choose before booking, if you have questions about our services.
We will use your payment details in order to do the following:
- block available funds (amount for the service and (if the lessee has chosen) for prepayment and security fee protection) until the specific booking has been confirmed
- collect the available funds (amount for the service and (if the lessee has chosen) for prepayment and security fee protection) after the booking has been confirmed
- withhold/block the lease payment on behalf of the car rental provider if an agreement has been reached between the lessee and the company
- collect available funds in the event of price increases (for example, when a higher class car is offered) after the booking has been confirmed
- cover, on behalf of the car rental provider, a possible no-show fee if, according to the Terms, the lessee does not arrive on time to pick up the car

You will also be given the opportunity at the bottom of every marketing e-mail to unsubscribe/opt-out.
The legal basis for data processing is consent.
